Stars and Stripes

Okay. So maybe this outfit is not red, white, and blue but it still has stars and stripes. That is a striped dress and some star accessories. I think that the dress could serve as a swim cover-up if you wear it without the head band, necklace, and gold sandals. This is kind of a summer-y outfit, don't you think? The sandals (In case you can't tell from the sketch) are gold and they have ankle straps and straps that go over the top of the ware's feet. What do you guys think of the ensemble. The star accessorys, the sandals, all of it! Please leave comments for me! TTFN.
       P.S. Do you have any tips for haw I can get better at drawing shoes?
